Q. Do your prices include tax?
A. All Checkout Prices include sales taxes; there are no additional fees to pay at all. All other prices are exclusive of local import duties and taxes which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Prices for Great Britain and Europe include VAT. Q. When will I be charged for my order?
A. You’ll be charged for your order before it is despatched from our warehouse, mainly during the ordering process and transaction request.

Q. When are products coming back into stock?
A. As soon as Evolve RX have an estimated date of delivery it will normally be posted on the specific product page.
Q. I’d like to order a product, but it does not allow me to put it in the basket.
A. If it is not possible to select an item this means that it is not available. Please use the ‘inform me when back in stock’ feature on the product page to find out when items come back into stock.
Q. How long does the delivery take?
A. We dispatch via the Post Office using a 2nd Class Signed For service, this usually takes between 2-3 days.
Q. When will my order be sent out?
A. Please refer to the Delivery section for estimated despatch and delivery times. Generally the next working day.
Q. How much will shipping cost to my address?
A. All UK dispatches are priced between £4.00 - £5.00 depending on the weight of the item.
Q. What’s your returns policy?
A. You can return any product you receive from Evolve RX within 7 days of receipt, as long as the item is unused and unwashed. For more information, please visit the Returns of the website.
Q. I do not like the product I ordered, what can I do?
A. If the product is new and unused you can return it to us for a refund within 7 days of receipt. Please visit our Returns section for more information on how to return a product.

Q. I want to return a product, but I don’t have the original packaging?
A. You can always send the products back to Evolve RX in another package but please pack securely and follow the instructions in the Returns section of the website.
Q. How do I exchange a product?
A. If you would like to exchange your purchase, please follow the steps in the section ‘How to Make a Return’ in the Returns section of the website.
Evolve RX products have a slim-fit unless stated otherwise. All of the sizes are stated on the individual product pages noting the chest sizes.
